YOU can observe that there is enough day light at the instance, captured. Driving at full beam, irrespective of whether it is required and indifferent attitude for the inconvenience caused to the fellow road users, especially the 2 wheeled riders coming from opposite direction may prove fatal. Every individual need to understand that such practices do little good but may pose threat to life of others and thus, resort to sensible driving. Practicing accomodating behaviour would contribute for creating safe driving culture.
Govt. Authorities need to sensitize every motorist on this issue and must take stern action for habitual violators, on road.
