PM of India has stated it well as “Leave aside natural disasters; most of the mishaps are the consequence of some mistake or the other on our part. Important to remain vigilant, follow rules to avert accidents due to human negligence”
Authorities need to make their best efforts with sufficient resources, especially to make aware all drivers of heavy vehicles, to drive safely and NOT to park their vehicles on road, which otherwise pose life threat to other road users.
