Is it okay to sell anything one wants, to earn livelihood while risking lives of hundreds of roadusers moving on vehicles / pedestrians?As strict compliance of traffic rules is required to be ensured, Govt. Authorities must own responsibility for the road fatalities due to violation of the rules.
