I would like to highlight here glare example of jumping red lights by many 2 wheeled motorists. Another aspect of driving in middle of road makes them more susceptible to hitting from back, by speeding 4 wheeled vehicle succeeding them.
With such practices, can you expect Government Authorities will be able to prevent accidents of 2 wheeled motorists?
