For me, YES, it does. A life must not be snuffed out like this.
All of us must learn, how to move on wheels and practice safe driving. Parking, even halting for a while should be done with adequate caution, taking care of safety of others around.
Govt. Authorities need to play important role in curbing such road accidents.
Seeking YOUR attention for understanding the above issue and to make sincere efforts to pusue Authorities for strict complications of safe driving……VM
