YOU must. Be participative to understand importance of safety, on road. Only having understood and adopted safety, you would be able to guide your children to follow the same.
Government Authorities have vital role for not allowing such situations, which may result into road fatalities.
Towards Zero Accident 
Ignorance of govt. authorities is definitely a major issue in this case. Moreover, seperate space should be provided to these roadside vendors so that their livelihood doesn’t get affected.

You have mentioned it well. Authorities should plan, earmark spaces for such vendors. But, there functioning should not hamper movement of road users. Also, all stakeholders must ensure that there will be no accidents due to roadsode vendors. Thank you, Anagha for your participative remarks.

Roadside vendors occupy most of the space on road. This results in heavy traffic jam in peak hours. In addition, there are chances of road rage as well as accident.

We should not encourage roadside vending The Vendors should be advised to sell their goods in the residential areas
