Above photos were captured at red light signal at Landran chowk, a crossing of State Highway with National Highway. Movement of such heavy vehicle shows acceptance by Govt. Authorities to allow them to ply on road. AT the MOST, the driver may have to pay fine to police, for movement of his vehicle.
YOU may observe following, from the above:
1. Condition of the vehicle is such that it can cause of any road accident.
2. Having no registration plate is violation of traffic rules. In addition, the occupants may do any sort of crime and fly away without giving identity of themselves and their vehicle.
Authorities must be concerned enough to trace such vehicles and must take stringent action, so that any driver would not dare to come with such vehicle, on our roads.

Towards Zero Accident 
Allowing such type of vehicles to ply on Highway is very risky and dangerous for the safety of others road users Authorities should not allow them to ply on Highway Rather these type of vehicles should be confiscated
