If haven’t come to know, here is a glare example of ignoring motor vehicle driving rules:

Panchkula checkpost were in for a surprise when they stopped a car with a flashing red-blue light for a traffic violation and found a 15-year-old Class 10 student behind the wheel with his 2 schoolmates. The boy initially failed to stop when signalled by the traffic official and he was not carrying the vehicle’s RC, driving licence, insurance or pollution-under-control certificate, police said.
By the time the traffic police were done with the violations, the bill had run up to ₹37,500, including a ₹5,000 penalty imposed on the parents for allegedly allowing the minor to drive.
With such attitude / ignorance by the parents as well the child, would you find any certainty that the child will drive car safely, in times to come? All parents must understand the importance of safety on road and not to repent later after something fatal happens to their kid while driving vehicle.
For the Authorities: Will the affluent people continue to find one or other way out for escaping from the harsh penalty for violating traffic/ driving rules. If so, it will take many many years to materialize our target of lowering road accident fatalities in India.
Seeking YOUR attention for understanding the necessity of safe driving for your ownself as well as for others and make your kid law abiding road user………VM
