Present picture of lighting during night shows that WILL is missing…for the way.
Accidents on roads may happen due to not able to see at night hours. More so, if some physical improvement work is going on. Driving at high beam is rampant due to non-lighting of most of roads, outside city limits. Authorities have lot more to do, besides recarpeting of roads in the name of development. Till then, YOU have to attentive and drive a lower speed taking care of fellow road users.

A good point. I have also seen a number of roads including highways with no light. Apart from accidents, it helps criminals too.

That’s true. Non-lighting on roads needs to be addressed by authorities. Govt. System needs approval, funds, etc. But the most affected are the public, which has to adopt defensive driving and must have compassionate attitude towards fellow road users, till the things go better.
