Hope YOU will understand the message I wish to convey. Benefits of doubt will not favour such persons, all the times. They even pose danger to the persons/vehicles around them.
Let the passenger vehicles be used for their intended purposes. Saving done by doing above acts may prove fatal to any person on the road. Every individual, commercial institutions as well as Govt. Authorities must do positively, for the sake of safety of persons and dreams of their families 👪
