Pictures speak volumes of what we normally see on roads, as if roads are of nobody’s concern. In fact such lapses on the part of authorities should not be overlooked by all concerned..

Yes, the issue is of utmost importance. Authorities must have a regular watch to know the safety problems / issues on roads in India and fix such lapses on immediate basis.
