Above photos were captured during morning office hours, today in Mohali. 1st couple of photos were taken on A-road while subsequent photos were taken on B-road near a T-intersection in Mohali which leads to an Industrial Area. Local residents must be aware of the fact that some road widening work is going on from last 1 week but nobody is bothered of staying intact of the roadside vendor selling cigarette, beedi and pan masala etc. on the B road itself. There is no Caution Board/Sign displayed for the repair zone.
Hope you would try to understand what above photos are trying to convey. Government Authorities must act sternly for the habitual violators of safety rules. Please put your views and assertions at this platform so that many others get motivation to embrace self discipline on road.

No doubt self discipline is the most effective way of avoiding the accidents At the same time the Authorities must act sternly against the rules violater so that safety of roads users is ensured

Absolutely true…. Many of the road related problems will be minimised by acquiring self discipline practices on road as responsible citizens and authorities. Needful measures must be taken….

Road safety rules are ment for the safety of road users. Govt. authorities should keep regular check on the activities leading to violation of these rules and must penalize/ punish them accordingly.
