Above photos were taken couple of days ago during morning hours, at red light signal point in Mohali.
As such spilling of construction material by the transport vehicles may become reason of skidding of 2 wheeled vehicles. Let’s understand the severity of such conditions on road and make proactive efforts to stop such future happenings anywhere in India so that such negligence may not prove fatal to other road users, especially 2 wheeled riders. You may approach or bring such matter to the competent authorities.
Authorities have to act positively to stop such happenings, so that no one becomes victim of negligence done on part of others.
Seeking your kind cooperation to be responsible Govt. Authority / road user towards ZERO Accident….VM

This is very irresponsible act. First of all, the vehicle driver concerned should have cleaned it properly, and if he could not notice, local authorities should not ignore such happenings on the road. Thank you, VM, for highlighting this crucial issue.
